Refund Policy
If a problem fails to run because of a harness or infrastructure error on our side, the credits are automatically refunded to your balance — you are never charged for our failures.
Subscriptions
Cancel any time from the billing portal; you keep access and remaining credits through the current period. Monthly credits do not roll over.
Credit packs & sprint passes
One-off credit purchases are non-refundable once credits are used, and expire 90 days after purchase (stated plainly at checkout). Unused packs within 7 days of purchase can be refunded on request.
